The Swedish electric car company Polestar has announced the arrival of its new Polestar 2 in the UAE, and the company has appointed Al-Futtaim Group as its exclusive distributor and representative in the region.

Also, in the UAE, the Polestar 2 model range will include 3 versions, each offering a combination of options and performance. A long-range twin-engine version will be available in the UAE market in 2022; That is, with two electric motors, one for each axle, and a battery with a capacity of 78 kWh; a total power of 408 hp, a torque of 660 Nm and a driving range of 482 km. There is also the option of a single long-range engine with a battery capacity of 78 kWh; power of 231 hp and torque of 330 Nm and a driving range of 542 km.
