The Samsung Galaxy S21 FE was announced globally on Tuesday, January 4. However, Samsung hasn’t revealed the exact launch date of the new Fan Edition in India. Despite the lack of an official confirmation, alleged pricing details of the Galaxy S21 FE have been tipped. Taking to Twitter, reliable tipster Yogesh Brar revealed that the new Fan Edition phone will carry a starting price tag of about INR 52,000 in India. The official pricing could be around INR 51,999. It is worth mentioning here that the OnePlus 9RT is expected to retail for INR 45,000 in the country.


According to Brar, the Galaxy S21 FE will be up for grabs for a lowered price of INR 48,000 or INR 49,000 as part of introductory card offers and some unmissable discounts. It is worth mentioning here that Samsung has still not confirmed the phone’s official pricing. In other words, readers should take this piece of information with a grain of salt.

Upfront, the Samsung Galaxy S21 FE sports a 6.4-inch Dynamic 2X AMOLED display that delivers a Full HD+ resolution, coupled with a 120Hz refresh rate. According to a report from Tech Radar, this slender phone draws inspiration from the Galaxy S21 as far as design is concerned. Furthermore, there’s a hole-punch cutout in the center of the display to house the front shooter. Under the hood, the phone packs a Snapdragon 888 SoC. However, the Indian variant could be powered by an Exynos 2100 instead.
