I recently lost my smartphone. Don’t know if I’ll be able to get it back, I don’t know wether I lost it in my house or outside. Already contacted police and lost and found etc. In the meantime I need a device that is capable of installing WhatsApp. That’s the only requirement. I don’t even need it to make calls technically.

I have seen some super cheap old, refurbished smartphones from 2013 for around 20€. But I know only little about technical issues. Will a phone from 2013 be able to install WhatsApp? It’s an android, I think with Apple there are issues due to memory problems or something like that.
